Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
July 4th camp is closed for the holiday.
August 18th closing day early dismissal 1:30 pm.
Riding lessons: $45.00 per lesson.
Extended Day: $250.00 each 2 week session 3:30 until 6:00 pm.
Early morning drop off $100.00 each 2 week 8:00 to 9:00 am.
Tuition includes transportation from a designated location for campers who reside in the following towns: Acton, Bedford, Boxboro, Carlisle, Chelmsford, Concord, Groton, Harvard, Lexington, Littleton, Stow and Westford. Families residing in towns not listed above are welcome to meet the bus at the central pick-up and drop-off locations.
A $500.00 deposit is payable with the enrollment application. A 10% tuition reduction on 4 and 8 week sessions is applied to siblings. If the camper withdraws, one-half of the application processing fee is refundable if notification is received before November 15th. No refunds or reductions of fees will be made for early departures, late arrivals or cancellations. The remainder of the tuition for all sessions is due May 1st. Any payments received after the due date shall forfeit any tuition discount offered and the tuition will automatically increase to the full amount. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged on enrollments received after June 1st. Credit cards are accepted with visa and mastercard for deposit only; a convenience fee of 2.5 percent is applied to all credit card transactions.
The directors reserve the right to withdraw or expel any camper whose influence, conduct, or actions are deemed harmful or disruptive to themselves or others, and will not or cannot abide by the rules and policies of camp. If this occurs, no deduction or return of fee, or any part thereof, will be made.
Use or possession cell phone cameras or smart phone cameras, illegal drugs, tobacco, alcohol, fireworks, fighting or harassment, inappropriate language, any other dangerous items/conduct, or tampering with any fire-fighting/detection equipment is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate dismissal without refund. Cell phone use during the regular camp hours is prohibited. We are committed to keeping Camp Nashoba® fun for everyone.
