At Nashoba our staff have the opportunity of a lifetime to work out of doors with a fantastic group of children and co-counselors for eight weeks. Lasting friendships between campers and staff are created that carry on for decades. Our counselors reside in the surrounding towns, yet go to school all across the country and many study abroad at a wide variety universities. Approximately 90%of the staff return from year to year and many have been at camp for over ten summers. We have high expectations for the staff at Nashoba and insist that they be excellent role models, enthusiastic, outgoing, caring, compassionate, love to be with children, communicate easily, and have the ability to provide expert instruction in at least one activity area.
Nashoba is a smoke free environment.
