Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. July 4th camp is closed for the holiday.  A limited number of openings for early morning drop off from 8:00 am are available for an additional fee.

2026 Camper Application

2026  Sessions

June 29  – July 10: $1,700.

July 13 – July 24: $2,000.

July 27 – August 7: $2,000.

August 10 – August 21: $1,700.

   Camp reserves the right to alter the dates of the camp season.  Prices are guaranteed until January 1st, 2026.  Early morning drop off $150.00 for each 2 week session from 8:00 am. Extended day tuition: $300.00 per 2 week session from 3:30 to 5:30 pm. Horseback riding lessons $45.00 per lesson.

A $500.00 deposit is payable with the enrollment application. If the camper withdraws, one-half of the application processing fee is refundable if notification is received before November 15th. No refunds or reductions of fees will be made for early departures, late arrivals or cancellations.  The remainder of the tuition for all sessions is due May 1st.  Credit cards are accepted with visa and mastercard for deposit only; a convenience fee of 3 percent is applied to all credit card transactions.

The directors reserve the right to withdraw or expel any camper whose influence, conduct, or actions are deemed harmful or disruptive to themselves or others, and will not or cannot abide by the rules and policies of camp. If this occurs, no deduction or return of fee, or any part thereof, will be made.

Use or possession of cell phone cameras or smartphone cameras, illegal drugs, tobacco, alcohol, fireworks, fighting or harassment, inappropriate language, any other dangerous items/conduct, or tampering with any fire-fighting/detection equipment is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate dismissal without refund. Cell phone use during the regular camp hours is prohibited. We are committed to keeping Camp Nashoba® fun for everyone.

Campers, parents/guardians, staff and rental groups are advised of Camp Nashoba’s policy that the following are not allowed at camp: Alcohol and drugs, personal equipment such as sports equipment and electronics, vehicles, animals and weapons.
